Forms that ask one question at a time, then send every answer where it needs to go.
Alphaforms turns a form into a short conversation, one screen per question. When someone finishes, their answers can create or update a contact in HubSpot, post to a Slack channel or reach your own systems through a signed webhook. We built it for Alpha Efficiency's own lead forms first.
Most forms do one job: they collect answers. Then someone reads the notification, copies the details into the CRM and tells the team in Slack. Alphaforms does the asking and the handing-off in one place. Once it's set up, a finished form is also a contact in your CRM and a message in the right channel.
Write questions the way you'd ask them in a meeting, and add rules so people only see what applies to them. Style a theme once and reuse it. Publish, then share a link, print a QR code or embed the form on your site. Afterwards, watch the funnel, compare answers across forms and export a CSV when you need a spreadsheet.
Alphaforms is live, with accounts opened by invitation or on request. A few things you might expect aren't part of it yet: payments, scheduling, sending email or text messages, AI-written forms, and team roles beyond owner and admin.
