AlphaMail is the email app Alpha Efficiency is building for Gmail on Google Workspace. It's built for the web and for native iPhone and Mac apps, and authorized AI agents will be able to work with mail through MCP. It's designed so an agent can prepare a reply while a person approves the exact message before it goes out.
The problem it solves
AI can help with email, but we don't think an agent should send messages to customers on its own. AlphaMail is being built so an agent can do the reading and drafting while a person keeps the final say.
What it's built to do
AlphaMail connects to Gmail on Google Workspace. You read, write and organize mail in the web app or the iPhone and Mac apps. When an AI agent helps, it works within the mailboxes you've allowed. It can prepare drafts, and it sends a message only after you approve that exact message.
Where it stands
In developmentAlphaMail is in development. It's built and tested against a test setup, it isn't connected to a real mailbox yet, and it isn't deployed. The first real use will be a pilot inside Alpha Efficiency, starting with Gmail only.
