Communities is the platform Alpha Efficiency is building for running member communities. One community can hold discussion spaces, courses and lessons, events and member chat. Our own learning community is the first one being built on it.
The problem it solves
Members shouldn't need four logins to take a course, ask a question and join an event. Communities is being built so all of that happens in one place, under one account.
What it's built to do
Communities brings the pieces of a member community together: spaces for discussion, courses with lessons, events and chat. Members have one account and see the spaces they've joined.
Where it stands
In developmentCommunities is in development. Our own learning community is the first one on it, and it isn't open to other communities yet.
