Sign-in and workspaces

In development

Shared sign-in across apps and customer workspace management are being validated. Customer self-service isn't open yet.

Platform accounts, separate workspaces and the permissions that connect people to business apps.

AlphaCloud is designed to give a person a platform account and membership in the workspaces they belong to. A workspace holds its own members and product access. AlphaCloud already supports our own software. Shared sign-in across apps and customer workspace management are being validated.

The problem it solves

A team using several apps shouldn't need a different list of people for each one. Access also needs to stay specific to the workspace: joining one customer team should not open another customer's work.

How the platform is designed

A person signs in to a platform identity and works inside a workspace they belong to. Membership, access to products and permission to act are separate decisions. The aim is to carry that workspace context into each app, so access matches the team you are working with.

Where it stands

In development

AlphaCloud already supports our own software. Shared sign-in across apps and customer workspace management are being validated. A complete customer self-service journey has not yet been accepted for general use.

Ask about your workspace

There is no public management sign-up on this site yet. Tell us what you want to connect and we can explain what is ready.
